EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
ScrollnShops ensures that your every transaction at our website is flawless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items. The below options are not applicable on sale/discount/customized orders.
Please note that an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are any failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics partner or courier provider. In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to logistics partner or courier provider for accepting the delivery of the products. In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if an incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email, or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If your purchase meets our return criteria, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, delivery address, and the reason for return or exchange. In case of a defect or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item. Our Quality Control team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action. We should receive the product within 10 days from the date of advice by our Customer support. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact. We will rectify/replace the product and send it back to you. We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a credit and you will be issued a coupon code which can be used against a purchase which will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on ScrollnShops as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, cards, dust bags, designer boxes, if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
- Any product sought to be exchanged, should be unworn, unused or unwashed. Products that are found to be worn, used, damaged or soiled will not be accepted for exchange.
- Products Exchange under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
- Any product exchanged once will be considered as customized and not be eligible for further exchange.
- All custom made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
In case of any return/exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product to Us will be borne by You.
The Customer/Clients has to inform the Exchange of the product within 24hrs after the delivery of the products to us through our Customer Service num on +918452972970 through WhatsApp with order num mentioned or through email us on email@example.com.
- The Customer/Client has to return the product in original conditions within 24-48hrs of the confirmation of exchange from us. if not returned within the stipulated time to the company then the exchange cannot be happen.
In any case there will be NO REFUNDS for any orders.
Swimwear and intimate wear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Kindly consider our size chart before purchase.
