- This policy applies to all the products sold by ScrollnShops through the Website.

Conditions for Exchange:
ScrollnShops has a straightforward and hassle-free exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website provided the following conditions are fulfilled:
- For apparel, we offer an exchange policy within 3 days of delivery. However, customized styles, jewelry, accessories, and blouses are non-exchangeable.
- Products on warehouse sale are also non-exchangeable.
- Please note that swimwear is not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
- For exchange timelines, please check the exchange policy under the shipping details of any product. ScrollnShops may update this from time to time without prior notice.
- The product must be in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies (if any), and other packaging intact, as sold as part of the product.
- Any product sought to be exchanged should be unworn, unused, and unwashed. Products that are found to be worn, used, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted for exchange.
- Any footwear sought to be exchanged should be unused. Thus, footwear worn for trial purposes must be tried on a carpeted surface. Footwear with worn soles will not be accepted for exchange.
- Products exchanged under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
- The handling fee will be deducted from the amount credited to your ScrollnShops Wallet/original source of payment when executing the exchange.
- Complaints for missing, damaged, or wrong items delivered should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- In the event that the product to be exchanged satisfies the Statutory Exchange Criteria, you will be entitled to an exchange of the product, which will be credited to either your ScrollnShops Wallet or the original account/mode of payment. "Statutory Exchange Criteria” means any one of the following cases: i. The product purchased by you does not conform to the characteristics or features listed on the website or otherwise agreed to in writing; or ii. The product purchased by you is delivered late from the stated delivery schedule, except where such delay is due to unforeseeable circumstances out of ScrollnShops' control or any other force majeure.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, ScrollnShops reserves the right to reject any request for the exchange of any products without providing reasons. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
- The ScrollnShops Wallet shall not exceed the value of the product exchanged but may be subject to deductions of any benefits, such as discounts availed, shipping, or delivery charges waiver, etc., if any.
- Customized or special delivery orders cannot be exchanged.
