Customized styles, jewelry, accessories, blouses, products from warehouse sale, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons) are non-exchangeable.

The product must be in its original condition, with all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies (if any), and other packaging intact, as sold as part of the product.

Footwear Condition:
Any footwear sought to be exchanged must be unused and tried only on a carpeted surface. Footwear with worn soles will not be accepted for exchange.

Products exchanged will undergo quality testing/inspection.

Complaints and Claims:
Complaints for missing, damaged, or wrong items delivered should be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Exchange Fees:Exchanges will incur a 10% fee of the product’s original price (e.g., if a product worth 40,000 INR is purchased and a 4,000 INR discount is applied, the 10% fee will be calculated on the original price of 40,000 INR), GST will be deducted as applicable.

International Exchanges:
Exchanges from the United States will incur an additional cost of USD $40. For exchanges from other countries, a charge of 20% of the product value will apply.

Discount Policy for Exchanged Products:
The replacement product selected during an exchange will not be eligible for discounts, coupons, or free gifts. Exceptions may be made regarding discounts upon contacting our customer support team.
