Duties & Taxes

• For Indian Customers products MRP displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers products are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product MRP's displayed are exclusive of all import taxes / duties. As the recipient, you are liable to pay all import duties, custom duty, local Sales/Vat taxes and any other taxes levied by the country in which you are residing or you are importing the product to. Payment of these taxes/duties at the time of delivery is necessary to get the delivery of product from transport/courier agencies. For More details please email us on info@scrollnshops.com.
• Estimated delivery date will be mentioned for each style in the product description page.
• For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of Indian taxes and VAT.
• For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers/Clients are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs. All the Customs Charges are paid by the Customers in order to get the Return Parcel at ScrollnShops (SBSK FASHION LLP) end as well as the New Parcels receiving at Customers Addresses.   
• Once your order is confirmed, you will be able to track your order by logging into your account.
• ScrollnShops insures each order during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered to the shipping address.
• Orders within India should reach the customer within 3-4 days after the date of dispatch. Orders outside India should reach the customer within 4-6 days after the date of dispatch.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

If there is an error in the shipping address you specified at the time of checkout, please email us at info@scrollnshops.com or whatsApp us immediately with the registered mobile num and order num with change of delivery address. We are unable to change a shipping address or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Are my items insured?

Yes, all our products are insured from the time they leave ScrollnShops to the time they reach your delivery address. Once a package has been signed for at the delivery address, it is no longer insured. If a product is damaged upon arrival, either refuse to accept it or notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of receipt.
